Terms & Conditions

Booking information:

  • 50% non-refundable booking fee required to secure your date
  • Remaining balance due 7 days before event (or as stated on invoice)
  • Travel & pickup fees apply based on location
  • Damage deposits are refundable upon return of items in original condition

 

Event Decor

  • Clients must provide accurate event details, including timing, location, and access requirements
  • Any delays due to venue restrictions, access limitations, or client-related issues are not the responsibility of Blush Dream Decor
  • Final design details must be confirmed prior to the event date
  • Changes may not be accommodated once production or setup has begun

 

Bobo Balloons

  • All bobo balloons are custom-made and finalized at the time of booking
  • Changes cannot be made once production has started
  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any pickup time adjustments
  • Balloons are delicate and must be handled with care upon pickup

 

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

  • Travel fees apply based on location
  • Surrey: $30
  • New Westminster / Burnaby: $45
  • Vancouver: $75
  • Locations outside these areas are quoted based on distance
  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Setups or collections outside of these hours are subject to an additional fee starting at $50.
  • Client must ensure access (elevators, loading zones, etc.)

Rentals & Damage

  • A refundable damage deposit is required for all rental items
  • Deposits are returned once items are collected and inspected
  • Damaged, stained, or missing items may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit
  • If you no longer wish to keep the balloons, we kindly ask that they are not popped, as this allows for a smooth collection of rental items.

 

Balloon Care & Longevity

  • Balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, and environment
  • Indoor balloons may last days to weeks
  • Outdoor balloons are not guaranteed
  • Avoid leaving bobo balloons in cars, garages, or extreme temperatures
  • Balloons are not toys — supervision required for children

 

Marketing & Image Use

  • We reserve the right to photograph and use setups for portfolio and marketing
  • Clients agree to allow content sharing unless otherwise requested
  • If a photographer is hired, client agrees to share credit information

 

Additional Terms

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to events of control (weather, etc.)

 

Confidentiality

Client information is kept private and used only for booking purposes

 

Entire Agreement

This agreement replaces all prior discussions

 

Amendments

Any changes must be agreed upon in writing

Any changes to this agreement must be confirmed in writing by both the client and Blush Dream Decor.

By submitting a booking, signing electronically, or making a payment through an invoice or website, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
